on the plugs... i really cant say there is a huge debate on the issue. with the one step colder you may have some idle issues. but i cant say for shure. personally i would stay in the stock heat range...

and tuning a UTEC ahh no, but i can load a base map from Turbo XS.... i would leave the tuning to a professinal. ie. PDXTuning or Scott Seigal

Cool, I won't order the plugs. Anything else I may need? I was thinking about purchasing a catch can..

catch cans are nice in the higher boost. i know i caught a lot of oil in ming and i was only running 19 pis on a vf39.... but dont spend a lot on one, ebay. but i would really recoment the fuel rails. cylender #3 will love you

PDXTuning is a great source, i would go with what ever they recomend
