I was looking at a thread in GCC yesterday and i noticed this, whose is it? Is that a black scoop or a CF one?

aka..... the three stooges portrait
his ride is as nice mechanically as it is visibly, too.... alot of good features for sure on that.... (me thinks it is built for a larger huffer however....)
