Call reeves or fitzgerald maybe they have one in stock. Other than that Maybe NAPA auto parts can get it in a day or so!

Try Gruppe-S, MauroMotorsports or IA Performance. They have alot of scooby engine parts. Good Luck

Try Dan at Godspeed (www.godspeedinc.com) in Mich. He usually has tones of stuff.

I couldn't find anything Subaru at car parts places like NAPA or Pepboys - it seems that maybe Subaru has a lockdown on their OEM parts?

Won't another EJ crank fit? Like a Phase II 2.5RS crank? Or can you destroke a little with an EJ22 or EJ20 crank?

subaru is the only place to get parts, advanced couldnt even tell me how much oil my car took. The STi is different than the 2.5RS, and if he destroked it he would need new pistons with a lowered wrist pin.

Napa doesnt even carry valve cover gaskets for Subarus, let alone a crankshaft.

No dealer is going to keep a crankshaft in stock because:
A. There are too many different engine configurations
B. Most people need more than the crank when they toast thier engine (thats why we keep shortblocks)

personally i would go OEM for just the 1 part. if you end up having to do more than just the one... then i would go all out.

and i would never put cobb products in or on my engine. PM and ask why.
