What are you trying to get out of the car? AutoX, RallyX, Drag, Street, Drift?

If you can figure out what your application will be, then you will be able to find answers that suit it.

The guy above was dreaming about suspension mods. I was just warning him about class restrictions at autocross events. Where the fuck did I mention Sebring?

 

Guess I don't really see the point in modifying a car without first finding it's limits. But whatever floats your boat champ. Your car, your money, your time. Suppose I can't really point fingers though. Did the same damn thing on my previous car. Modded the hell out of it, then decided to become competitive. Lesson learned.

With that said, you might want to consider the SPT pinks. They are about the same rates as the Prodrive's WRX offering but end up being a little cheaper. Prodrive however released a new version of their springs (apparently drops the front a little more than earlier releases) so you might want to check up on that. If cost isn't an issue and you don't mind the wear on your stock struts, JDM pinks are pretty popular.

second off....he's not dreaming of suspension mods. He's ready to buy suspension mods. All he asked was what people recommended from what he said he was thinking about buying to install. He mentioned NOTHING about auto-x, track events, or what will make him take turns at 100 mph.

I have a set of these for sale, never been taken out of the box. BOught them to put on and then decided to go with Spec C Type RA takeoffs. For those who have seen my car though, they will lower it to about where it rides now.

Willing to let them go cheap to get them out of my apt.
