I would say Old Chicago. That parking lot is huge! Plus they are having a hard time putting store in there so nobody else would complain about taking up spaces.

I do have a close friend who is the manager for Applebee's @ Saftey Harbor who would let us meet there, but they get pretty busy when Ruth Eckard Hall has an event, so it may be a conflict of interest.

Thumbs up

I just got back from talking to the general manager of Old Chicago, Ken. He's more than happy to have us there starting September 3! I told him we don't go in to eat until around 8.30-9PM, but by around that time we should already have a set amount of people wanting to go eat. He'll starting getting the section ready for us at around 7.30. He plans to inform the other managers very soon about our [weekly] meet.

That's the section where they will have us sit.

edit: I have his card, but forgot to give him my phone number. I'll definitely give him a call later this week to make sure everything is fine. Sorry for jumping to conclusions, but I think the September 3rd meet will be held at Old Chicagos. After that, I guess we will have a talk with everyone if that location is fair enough for everyone.

It's across the "street" from the headless Virgin Mary.

How About rotating it every weekend? Clearwater/Tampa/Brandon/Holiday

We would have to plan in advance of course.

one week @ Cue in Z-hills
one week @ TGIF clrH20

I would like this because it's a change of atmosphere every weekend and plus I enjoy driving the car soooo....

I think something like this is a good idea. We have a rotating schedule this way everyone is satisfied with distances. I am definetly for this!!!!

why? jause cause you like the restraunt? there parking sucks, on saturdays they are packed so more than likely they would not be able to acomidate 30 people, and have three things on the menu.... hot, spicy, and mild wings.
