Hmmmmm idk....looks a little lop sided with the keyhole and STi badge on the same side.


I'm also going for the blackout effect. Front I badge has been painted black and STi logo removed from grill.

I painted my key thing black after the Carbon Fiber trunk so all you see is black I think it looks pretty nice. I would go for it, debadge it, if you end up wanting it back, put it back on.

I tried dental floss on my Altima, it works on the large emblems but not on the lettering because it's made of a different material that gets sticky. So you might also need a plastic spatula. I used Goof Off and some car polish/wax to remove the outlines that were left behind.

yea definatly after you take any badges off you want to wax teh shit out of the area.. saves the paint.

fishing line works too.

Yeah actually that's what I used I think... can't quite remember if it was fishing line or some other sort of line.

If I remember I'll post some pics when I get home... it's only an Altima but still looks sexy without them

Hairdryer + floss to remove it. Cleaner wax around where the badges were, then cover it with whatever wax you use on the rest of the car.
