Our Senior Subaru Master Tech (the only in the state) said if you bought cheap rotors more than likely you will need to have them turned first as they usually have bad run-out.

Baby. When I took the car they did not shake for me. If the rotors were bad from the factory, then they would not have been fine for 2 weeks. They woulda shook from the git-go.
I didnt notice it happening today. I'll take a look at it tonight and see.
