seems the aftermarket is finally getting traction on this awesome (and refiuned!) subie...

i look to the design of this for the future styling of the sti (hopes), even though i still am quite smitten with the 'rough' edges of the sti overall...



eric, have you been researching jeff perrin's goodies?

he has some good 'core' mods, and i believe you dont have a few of em, if memory serves (it often doesnt)



although i cannot recommend a topmoun for personal preference, i still like the looks of the underhood goodies here...



what is the intake mani constructed of??

Thanks ese, and I've been trying to stay updated on Perrin's products. They really know what they are doing over there. They are the first, and only (that I've seen anyway) to come out with a top mount for the LGT. In fact, if you look here (you might have to be a member to see the pics) specifically at the 7th graph on page 1, the TMIC got awesome gains. If you want, I can just post the pic here. Let me know.

A few members at the lgt site have the short ram intake. Some like it, some don't. It's all just a matter of personal preference to me. It may be too loud for my tastes in combination with the refinement of the lgt. They have a front mount coming out soon, and that's before anyone else has a tmic out. I do have Perrin's downpipe, and it's a beautiful piece. These guys at Perrin really have their "ducks in a row."

Zate, as for turbo kits, Deadbolt has an 18g out in which a couple members are getting installed over the next few weeks. The problem is that there are no fuel pump upgrades yet, and the only thing to do there is modify one to fit. Injectors are side feed, so no problem there.
