All I know is kind of what is already mentioned in that thread so far. They've had the highest HP EJ257 for quite some time. They were using the Ultimate Racing GT35 kit + stock internals for their previous numbers. The owner apparently popped the motor out racing non-stop (who knows...) then they built it up.
As mentioned also in that thread, Kingpin Performance got a stock-internals STI to 526HP this weekend.
Sorry, no specifics yet. I just think it's awesome that it ran 11.01 with full sound system, stock tires, and granny shifting
