New Short Shifter
I just installed a new kartboy short shifter! Wow, what a difference. install was easy. Only took about 2hrs by myself. If you have not installed a short shifter yet..I highly recommend you do! 
Check out www.kartboy.com, and I recommend you replace the bushings during the install too..

The Kartboy ShortShifter and bushings were the 1st mod I did to the FXT. It took me 30mins for the shifter and 5 mins (literally) for the bushings. I guess having the ground clearance of Yao Mings inseam actually paid off for once...
