Default Finally got a downpipe.

Well i finally got around to getting my downpipe and decided to install it tonight. The install wasnt too bad, aside from having a shitty car jack. I took some pics of the new and old pipe.
Heres the downpipe i got. I decided to get the injen SES DP.

Heres a picture next to stock.

My opinion is that this is worth every penny. I can really feel a difference in low end and high end power.

Oh yea and for some strange reason my keyless entry lights flash again

The downpipe was 325 @ racing zone but with the MIL eliminator and the gasket it was a little more. It took me about 3 hours but im sure if i did it again i could cut about an hour off.

You need to do the uppipe soon to take full advantage of that new downpipe. It is a bitch to install but well worth it.

awesome
looks like the new injen turned out to be a nice piece. I would definitely get an up-pipe soon as well. You feel just as much a difference for half the money. Just remember that when you do, jack up the motor, i can't even describe the aggravation of that little fugger. :bbb:

Depends on how many miles you have and the condition of the existing gaskets. If there is alot of carbon build up, I'd opt for new gaskets.

I put a new gasket on but when i looked at the stock one im sure it was re-usable, but better safe than sorry. My car also became significantly louder with the downpipe but i was hoping it would be a little more quiet. I am more of a quiet with a tone kind of person. How much do you think i could sell my greddy evo for. It only has about 5000 miles on it without scratches or anything.
