Looks nice man. I'd paint the mesh though. A carbon fiber hood would also compliment your car.

Im liking the carbon fiber too and +1 on the hood. I would take the mesh out and just get a sheild for the ic.

being silver, the mesh looks a little funny...

Maybe it would look better black...

Cant go wrong with just getting an I/C shield

Anything but the most coarse "open" IC shield is lame, IMO.

Do yourself a favor if you buy one. Hold it in front of a fan and put your hand 3" behind it. Then move the screen out of the way. Then get back in your car and return it, buy a pack of toothpicks for 50 cents to fix the 4 slightly bent IC fins you will get per year, and drive your car.

I agree with this... i put a screen in my old suby because i had a fmic, and i wanted to keep the junk and bugs out of the engine bay!

i wouldnt do it on a top mount either....

i like it, just go with 722 on this one. it should be fine open as long as no golf balls or anything go in there
