but the only way you could do that is if someone else is on the car..like you cant just have a part time driver on a policy...atleast i dont think

Im not sure about all these insurance fluctuations, but if this helps, ill let you know about everything ive paid...

Now, with my supra and my ram on ins... i pay 180 a month, 200 deductible on both and some crazy high coverage.. The supra can only have like 8k miles put on it a year because it saved me a good amount of money to do it that way... nevertheless, i paid 148 a month on the same coverage, with my wrx, so an 05 ram thats basically loaded, i pay a little more than my 02 wrx was... however, when i was 19, when i got the suby, the rates were nearing 289 a month, and it was my only car with 1 accident!

btw, im 22 now, ill be 23 in july..

I'm 17, clean driver, and within the next few months I'm going to be getting an 05 WRX. I was quoted ~300/month through my parents' policy (State Farm). Yeah, insurance rates suck, but what are you gonna do? A lot of teenage drivers ARE idiots (take my friend who rolled a CAVALIER). Oh well.
