Ok when I typed SR55 I meant SR50... Sorry. I saw an STi one day at Mastro that was at 330 whp with the SR50 and Bill was not done tuning it yet. But then later I went back to the shop and they guy wanted to put everything back stock. I don't know why, none of my business. Maybe ran out of money, who knows... Well I know the STi had an aftermarket TMIC, not sure what brand and I hope to get a big gain since I have a larger FMIC. We'll see. I have to pay off some Christmas debt.

Big fan of their products' quality and documentation. Not a big fan of their enormous prices.

And I've seen a lot of evidence that the SR40, specifically that one, is poop in comparison to the other similarly-sized turbos on the market that are much cheaper.

SR50 no longer exsists. SR55 is the replacement, thats what was on the STi in our shop.

Yeah, the sr 30 blew up, mastro took it all apart, and i had a brand new turbo, not rebuilt, no halfassed bull - just a new one, on the car and all... Not only that however, ive talked to a few people about them, and aps is supposedly known for not having any problems, other than the one turbo, which they were a little hesitant to take care of because of such a low faliure rate... i read somewhere it may be better than 1 in 100 that fail, and as far as im concerned, they have lived up to the couple thousand in products i purchased from them..
