Curious about this myself. Haven't ever really attacked them, but would like to know what others have used/tried.

Klasse AIO or Zaino X2/X5 will work just fine for protection purposes. If you've got yellowing or fine scratches then Meguiar's Plastix polish will work well.

If you've got tiny waterspots you can simply try some white vinegar on an MF towel. If they've begun to etch the plastic, then I'd go ahead and try some plastic polish mentioned above.
