FS: Samco Y hose
$30 cash, firm, picked up in St. Petersburg or at Quaker Steak this Thursday night (won't be going unless someone is buying it and wants to meet there for convenience).
If it doesn't sell here this week, I'll take it nation-wide in the NASIOC forums.
Was on my car for 20,000 miles as shown. Needs internal cleaning if you're anal. Was taken off because I have a JDM v7 STI intercooler now.
PM me or post here if interested.

FWIW, those of you eye-ing the block cut out of it, that was done at install time, 20,000 miles ago, to make it line up better overall at the turbo outlet.
It does not in any way affect the functioning of the piece.

The main thing it will do is reduce the pressure drop caused by the stock plastic Y hose. This will cause your turbo to spool more quickly and work more efficiently.
Secondarily, it's about 5x more durable and heat-resistant than the stock plastic Y hose. There are numerous accounts over the years of peoples' Y hose melting/cracking at the turbo outlet.
This Y hose (usually part of a 3-piece set for $120-$130, the other 2 hoses being pretty much totally for cosmetics) is quite possibly the singlemost common mod done to WRXes.
