im painting my stockers this week and i was wondering if i should go with a gold or gunmetal with my wrb. also does anyone have a link to directions? where can i get the gunmetal??? thanks!

 

Get them gold but like glossy gold

 

I picked my wheel paint up at advance auto for like $3 a can, theres directions on scoobymods.com but all you need is to clean the wheels good rough up the surface with some FINE sand paper or a rough pad spray it on in light coats and then add a clear coat so brake dust doesn't work its way into it

 

i used clearcoat on my wheels on my 3000gt and all it seemed to do was get stained by the brake dust.

 

i think i will go with gunmetal bc i dont like the look of gold on the stocks, ill post the results when im done

 

Gunmetal > gold. Good choice.

 

NEITHER. Either buy new rims or stay stock.

 

dont have the money and dont like the bright silver with blue

 

well i painted them and i think they look awesome i only used about a can and a half though... ive heard it takes alot more but i did 4 good coats then 2 coats of clear protectant stuff.. ill post some pics when i can get my scanner to work
