Default STI engine fitment

For the USDM STI engine swap does the 2.5 rs need to change over engine crossmembers like with a wrx or jdm swap?

I believe so, though I'd rather do a hybrid.

yah you're correct. I am doing a hybrid, so if i use an aftermarket 2.5 header (like TWE or something) and my subachad up and downpipes i should be able to get away from the hassle of changing the crossmember.

That is correct. But the subachad up/down pipes are for NA cars. Since you are doing a USDM swap your gonna need more work.
