I finally fixed the tranny,input shaft was causing noise.
Apparently it bent somehow or another.
Thanks to mastro for having one in stock,I replaced the input and reinstalled it in the car the same day and it is working great.

Since I bought the car,first gear whined pretty bad,thought it was normal,and was told it was normal,but that is gone now.I kinda think it was an issue when I bought the car,but it doesn't mean anything,just happy I am driving it again.

All in all the tranny wasn't any harder than any other trans I have rebuilt before.
