Question Prodrive axleback; for sale or maybe trade.

My wife refuses to ride passenger in the STi and now since I'm the only person that rides in the car I'm thinking of getting something a bit louder. I haven't made up my mind what I want but I think I want to get a JDMish looking canister type of rear section. I guess something like the Blitz NUR Spec, A'Pexi GT Spec, A'Pexi N1 or HKS Hiper but I'm still not sure.

The Prodrive axleback in 100% perfect condition. I recently polished up the exhaust and there is zero rust, blemishes, dings or anything on the exhaust. The Prodrive sounded a bit better on my 2.0l WRX but I do currently have it installed on my 2.5l STi if anyone wants a listen. I would like to sell localy or possibly trade it with someone (+/- cash).

Mastro has the Prodrive exhaust for $425.00:

If someone wants to save a little money on a like-new condition Prodrive PM me and maybe we work out a deal. I'll even polish it up for you before delivery. If it's not a trade I might need a week or so to order something as I don't have my stock muffler anymore and I don't want to drive around without a muffer.

I see that Boxer4racing.com is selling RS*R catbacks, that's pretty damn JDM in my book. Take a look they are supposed to be really sweet systems. Please PM me regarding the Prodrive exaust. I'm considering my options at this point.

Thanks
Jeff

I PMed you.

That is nice looking, maybe a bit more than I wanted to spend but I still haven't researched enough to know what I should budget myself on this. I know that ECU reflashes should be around the corner for my car so I really want to have an exhaust purchased.

Jennifer tends to get a little car sick (much more so in the STi) unless she's driving and she really doesn't enjoy driving the STi. Honestly, it also can be a hassle on weekends to take the STi as parking it in public when shopping or eating dinner out tends to give me ulcers.

She wants me purchase something more like a little BMW or something like that but I'm not giving up the STi anytime soon I don't think.

I just put on a Prodrive axleback since my Stromung was a little on the loud side. I am completely catless now and wanted something a little quieter for driving around clients and other salespeople. I still have the Stromung if you are interested. It's the SS dual tip with 2.5" inlet,, same as the Prodrive.

I think I'm leaning more towards something a bit more ricey.

I'm curious, how much quieter is the Prodrive compare to the Stromung. I didn't think that the Stromung dual-tip was that loud and actually sounded comparable to the Prodrive.
