Yes, that is the mystical and rare EJ22t...This is the best $150 I ever spent! Complete motor out of a '91 Legacy Turbo with only 106k miles on it! Woot, Woot! I'm going back tomorrow for the crossmember, rear diff, rear brakes and whatever else looks good to take!

Engine tear down & build up has already started! Once I make sure the bottom end is in good shape, then I start funding the 2.5RS heads! Ported, polished, 3-angle valve job, stronger valve springs, titanium lifters....the works...then I gotta pick which deadboltspeed turbo I want, the Zilla20G water & oil cooled looks nice

...which headers, up-pipe...downpipe, etc....then I have to find an intercooler and buy me a LinkECU...

 

Hmmm, me thinks there might be a slight conspiracy in your battle plan!.... Opie, sells the turbo Legacy and...amazingly finds the very elusive 2.2L Turbo....Now, has the extra cash to fund the "Zilla RS project". BRILLIANT!

 

Hmmm, I think I like the sound of "Zilla RS" better than "2.2RS-T"...might have to use that!
