Question 18inch rims/tires are 4lbs heavier than stock, does it make that big a difference?

Ok, i rotated my tires not too long ago, n since my tires were off, i decided to weigh my 18inch rims, then compared it to my stock rims.. Well, the stockers were about 14lbs, 18's was about 19lbs.. (weight was with tires ofcourse) ---- seems like a big difference overall, but does it really make that much of a difference ? Oh yea, anyone lookin to buy some heavy ass 18 inch rims?? with fairly new tires... they're 5zigen FNR01-C... well im lettin them go for about $700, lemme know if anyone is interested, i think im goin back to stock. need some money for some go-fast parts

your scale is way off, stock wheels alone weigh ~16.5lbs.
