Mastro poor customer service
So I called mastro today asking if I can get a part number for a plastic clip on my side skirt. The guy on the phone said he won't give me the part number unless I am buying it from there. I just got frustrated because its over a plastic clip. I find it pretty pathetic that they are giving me shit over a plastic clip. The main reason I didn't just order it is because mastro is over 45 minutes away and I don't wanna pay for shipping for them to ship a clip to me. Of course, I didn't really get to say this becaues they are so concerned about making a sale that I just said fuck off and hung up. Ya I get frustrated pretty easy.

Telling our parts guy to "Fuck off" was not real smooth.
You were asking him to stop what he was doing (which he was on the other line with someone buying 15 sets of STi mats) to look up a $0.90 clip for you that you didnt even want to buy from us. If all you were looking for was a part # so you could order it somewhere else. There are plenty of places to go online for that info.
I heard him ask you numerous times if you wanted to order it or if you want a price. All you seemed concerned with was the part number.
I was there when this happened and heard the whole thing as I was standing next to him at the counter.
Just to set the record straight.

not that I was even concerned with shipping before. I have talked to them before like ordering random bits and such before. The guy I had talk to before about a exhaust bolt had me order it from a local dealer instead. Just going with past experiences. Sorry it wasn't right for me to get angry though. I do appologize for that.

btw.. customer is not always right.. customer has the right to take their sorry ass and buya an evo if they want.. and they did.. sucked in
