Luke, I know you had them on your WRX and told me you had some issues with them. Was this one of them?
Might want to send this over the NASIOC. I've seen/talked to people running lightened pulleys on their cars and do not recall anyone mentioning misfire codes. I guess the injector checked out OK?

I've got lightend pullys and have no cel issues... I think that rumor was tossed up by vishnu to get people off his back with cel issues with his tuning... He always blamed it on somthing other than his uni-chip but once I took that pos off the car ran 10 times better, with no cels.

I have GFB Pulleys and I've never thrown any codes that have anything remotely to do with that.

I never threw a CEL as a result of the pulley on my car. If I'm not mistaken the folks throwing CELs with these things are using a combination of aftermarket lighenten and/or underdriven pulley and a lightweight flywheel. Further, I think you are correct regarding it being a misfire CEL but the car wasn't actually misfiring as memory serves me.

sooo.... lightweight flywheels do create some CEL issues? is this able to be corrected with the ecutek possibly? or is it more just because the rotating mass changes so greatly. im looking at getting a lightweight flywheel/clutch/gearset here in the NEAR future, and i was wondering what to do....
