Turbo Comparo!
Any of the turbos in your list will get near, to or over 300whp. The lightweight of the bunch is the 34. The biggest of the bunch is the SR40, in between you have the 1820, SR30 and 1818 in descending order of power. The SR30 is probably a little quicker to spool than the 1818, but the two are at least comparable. The SR40 is good for much more than 300whp, but you're going to need some upgrades on the internals to go much higher. I run a 34 and got pretty close to 300whp on Mastro's dyno. My car is pretty safely mapped and only running 17.5psi. The SR30 might be a very nice compromise. I've heard nothing but good things about the APS SR series. Have Billy give you a ride sometime to see what you think. His car is pretty close to stock, but it should give you a general idea.

Me?? SR40?? You all must be talking about some other Billy.
I don't even recall where my dyno graph is, or I would post it. It really isn't much good to look at because at the time of tuning I had a huge leak in the uppipe right where it bolts to the turbo. So, needless to say there is a bit of a delay before the power started to come on. I should be getting back up there in a little bit after I get all the parts I have sitting in my dining room in their correct spots and iron out some kinks.
