Kaminari Hood
Whats a price anyone has found on the Kaminari Hood, in carbon fiber! all ive seen is 799. that sucks, that hood is sweet imo

YOUR hood? err... right on.. ill be sure to bitch about the fact that my car is older, therefore negating the "your" rule...
i dont know what vivid has it for.... they are of no use to me anyhow..

i heard they NEVER NEVER ship shit out on time, and it says it takes 10-14 days to process an order... ill keep looking for that price elsewhere, and ill let you know! well, maybe not, so it can be MY hood first!
what do you think about the C west vented Hood? i dig that one too.. but the scoop is SOO expensive, like 900 for a HOOD SCOOP:o

Not into any hood with a hood scoop, though I like the vents. I want heat outlets on top, not heat inlets. 
Your car's older? I've had mine since November of 2001...and I've got 13k miles to show for it. After all the abuse your ride has taken, aren't you worried about an aftermarket hood even being able to fit? 
Just messing with you dude. Bottom line on Kaminari is, no one wholesales them. Basically, you're either a Kaminari dealer or you're paying retail. The margins on most of their stuff sucks, so big shops don't bother with a discount to the little guys.
I've heard varying things about Asylumms. Definitely keep looking. I'm not sure I'd be willing to go with the hood alone, since it almost requires a body kit to look right, but it is simply the sickest hood on the market, short of a genuine Prova hood(not the replicas floating around NASIOC), but there is no way in Hell I am paying ~$3k+shipping for a funking hood! :o

HAHA, I WIN.. i picked my car up June 18, 2001... and i have 48,600 miles to show for it:o but mine stayed nearly stock for much much longer!
so i have had mine longer

as for the hoods...
i believe the bit about the dealers, and yes, the back bumper is a bit queer...
as for your hood 99 Venom, hows the quality? fit and finish wise is it just a bolt it up and drive it out hood, or is some prepping required!
what does the Prova Hood look like anyhow? i havent been able to see it? :o
how about the aqua reverse hood scoop? would that do anything at all?

word.. pure sex? not quite sure how to apply that to a hood, you know sometimes you get the girl that doesnt move around a whole lot? the dying fish, you know, wet, cold, and flops around a bit? haha
and about a grill for an FMIC? anyone find any solutions to this ? i dont want those huge ass bugs taking a chunk out of 15 bills ya know?
