Complete 1997 Honda CBR 600cc F3 bike for sale on a 1992 frame.
Has F4 front end (F4 forks/front brakes), has excellent shape 97 plastics.
Fairings need paint, never laid down, gas tank is perfect condition (sanded and ready for paint)...Originally a Smokin joe's edition, but the idiot before me spray painted it...i don't feel like putting any more time into this bike...parting out PM for prices, or sell the whole thing. motor has new headgasket, and valvecover gasket. 13,xxx miles on this motor. Will sell complete bike for $1000 OBO, willing to take offers, i just don't have time for projects right now. call me if i don't get back to you soon. I have a new tensioner that should be installed that I will give to the buyer of the bike/motor.

honestly i think you'll get more money parting it out... thats the route i would take unless u had a family member or close friend that wants 2 buy it...ill buy both of the f4 forks...and the front brakes...ill pm u for prices...

Does it run?

 

Well we just replaced the headgasket and valvecover gasket, and forgot to replace the tensioner. We had our bike mechanic look at it and he said to put a new tensioner in and it would run fine...when starting it, it will idle but the chain is so loose it will just jump time and you can hear the chain skip...
I have all the parts necessary to fix it, and its deffinitely a reasonable price...heres some pics.
