You want to go F/I the right way ?

Figure out what you want first.
Too many people go f/i then figure out they need internals because they are not happy with the power they are making.

Look into JRSuperchargers if you go b18c1 w/ factory internals they seam to do the job very nicely.

If you insist on going Turbo...
Figure out your power goals then go from there.

If your budget allows for forged internals & upgraded valvesprings/retainers & cams go for it.

Make sure you spend your money where it counts.

Engine Management - Hondata or AEM etc.

Turbo Manifold - too many to list inlinepro.com, lovefab.com, full-race.com, sfp.net (local)

Turbine - Too many to choose from, talk to CMR turbos in tampa & check out cheapturbos.com

BOV - They all work

Downpipe - Go w/ a 2.5 to 3 inch downpipe, most 3 inch downpipes do not allow you to retain ac.

Charge piping & FMIC - Go custom or buy a fmic/piping kit from drag or a car specific manufacturer. The best way to go is buying piping & a nice fmic & DIY.

Injectors - Depends on your application, stay with rc or any other proven injector, I have heard too many horror stories.

Wastegate - This is VERY important, boost spikes SUCK!
Go with tial or hks, Buy a wastegate to fit your turbo manifold!

Radiator fan - A fal or slim fan will make your life easier

The list goes on & on & on...

Good Luck.
