ok, here's what i was able to find for joor B16A2
In this order:
1. Relieve the fuel pressure
2. Disconnect the connectors from the injectors
3. Disconnect vacumm hoses from the FPR. Place a shop towel over the return line then disconnect it from the FPR. Disconnect vaccuum hoses and 2p connector from the EVAP purge control solenoid valve.
4. Remove the retainer nuts from the fuel rail
5. Disconnect the fuel rail
6. Remove the fuel injectors from the intake mani
After cleaning your injectors:
7. Slide new cushion rings onto the fuel injectors
8. Coat the new o-rings with clean engine oil
9. Insert the injectors into the fuel rail FIRST!
10. Coat the new seal rings with clean engine oil, and press them into the inake manifold
11. To prevent damage to the new o-rings, install the fuel injectors into the fuel rail first, then the intake manifold
12. Install and tighten the retainer nuts
13.Connect the vaccuum hoses and fuel return to the FPR, connect the vacuum hoses and 2p connector to the EVAP purge control solenoid valve.
14. Install connectors onto the injectors
15. Turn the ignition to on (II) but do not operate the starter. After the fuel pump run for approximately 2 seconds, the fuel pressure in the fuel line rises. Repeat this 2 or 3 more times, and check for leakage.
The three parts you will need to replace is:
Seal Rings
Cushion Rings
O-rings
Hope this helps
