I don't know. I never worked on my Accord and the Honda boards I was on were more concerned about clear corners and JDM headlights and crap like that, I really only stayed on them for the off-topic stuff. If you can find instructions on how to remove your fuel rail then you should be able to use that same technique, all I know is that I've removed mine (on the dsm) using those directions and it was easy as pie.
