shows how much they know... ask them how many of those they have done and how much power they have made on them... i personally had the turbo i told you about on my GSR hatch (t3/t04e) and a friend of mine had a t25 on the EXACT same setup... same car and everything... he made 190 at 14PSI and i made 285.8 at 8PSI... i mean it is up to you... it is all about CFM's... and i had NO problems with lag... there was none at all...
