I am running a completely stock LS with a T31/T04E 56trim with a .63A/R. I absolutely love this setup, bought a smaller turbo brand new and never ended up putting it on because I didn't want to change anything. My numbers are in my sig and I haven't even had a chance to turn up the boost yet. Too busy with school, so next weekend we'll see what's up. . .

SVO T3 .60/.63 rebuit by garrett 1K miles ago. Still has the garrett rebuid tag on it. No cracks, no abnormal shaft play...
$195 shipped or $170 pick-up in L-town

EIther way, the .60/.63 is the way to go on a LS motor...

I can't believe #1 that someone would recommend a T-25 on a LS, and #2 someone PUT a T-25 on a LS motor !!!

I have a T-25 also..... The T3 puts it to shame !!! HEll, it puts my WRX turbo To shame !!! Hell, it puts my .42/.48 garrett turbo to shame !!!! Hell, well you get the idea.....

I have to agree on the "50-trim part", but the price of a new custom turbo vs the price of a good used turbo makes the desission easy for a poor boy like myself, but ideally I'd say 50-trim... I can't the difference being "OMG" vs "WTF" though.... Hell, I was going to run the 60-trim on my 1.6L SOHC !!! I know someone who made 205whp on 6psi on a SOHC 1.6L with the same 60-trim I have.. ( it was dyno tuned, zex cam, and ported head, but that shouldn't make up for a DOHC 1.8L vs a Sohc 1.6L ).
