Oh really.......??? See I thought the limit was about 325-350 safely on the stock block. Well I guess it makes sense to go with the SR, so it seems you guys are changing my mind 
It's just I havn't really seen many people running anything faster than high 12's without a rebuild, while there are mildly upgraded RB25 S13's running 11's and even high 10's on the factory block, so that's what was making me more interested in the RB.... My all motor civic hatchback was a high 12 second car, so I would definately like something with a little more balls 
Thought you were not interested in drag racing? Anyhow I have a completely stock sr20det and went 13.065 on a car that just was driven 80 miles w/o much time to cool down. Would have gone into the 12's as it cooled down at night but had a little dilema w/ my suck ass shift on the following race. Bone stock with SS tuning at 200 less HP than the 450 your looking for.
