Any shock that has the coil spring over the shock is a coilover.

Adjustable coilovers can be adjusted for height.

You may not have to buy another coil spring, since springs rarely wear out.

If the shock compressed distance is the same and the expanded shock distance is the same

and if the bottom mount is the same and if the top mount is the same (do the bolt holes line up?)

and if the pressure to close the shock is the same and if the pressure to open the shock is the same.

then the working part of the shock is the same..........and logically, the shock will interchange.

Some recyclers/junkyards will print out an interchange for you that tells which shocks will interchange with others.

Some shocks will fit several cars.
