Here is an example picture i found online. It shows each cam turned a little to the left from where they are supposed to be timed at.[ATTACH=CONFIG]203711[/ATTACH]
Comparing them to this picture of my cams turned a little to the left (i dont know why the pic is upside down) they look almost exact. The position of the lobes on each cam look dead on in both pictures.

thats the closest im getting for now at least. I havent reassembled everything yet because i feel that whe im doing the timing on the motor i can get it more accurate. If i get it more accurate later on ill update this but if there is no more updates then this method is good enough. I might even update when i get this running to prove if this works or not.
