I have a 95 civic cx hatch. I was told I needed a clutch kit and brake booster.

Sometimes when i shift in to gear i can feel it drag. If i pump clutch itll shift smoothly.

Also my brake pedal goes to the floor, and i have to pump it to stop. Other times while in gear it works just fine. But when my brakes work and i try to down shift it feels like the gear "pops" out and its hard to place into another gear.

Is it possible for my brakes and clutch to be related?
