you doing the work yourself?
doing the welding yourself?
to overly simplify it, it is just a mannor of tearing the old stuff out, welding up some custom mounts and brackets, getting the new engine and tranny in it, a custom drive shaft, custom bits to finish it up, custom wiring harness and button it up.
carburetor will be cheaper/easier than FI.
