a reshim of the vlsd shouldn't involve a carrier reshim and resetting of backlash like a new lsd installation would require since the shims to tighten the vlsd are inside the carrier and do not effect the overall carrier width.
Ill look into that. I just would hate to attempt this reshim and it not really be any better.
Yes I would really like to have the 3.6 rear gear over the 4.1. But it's not super important at this time.
Having a LSD that actually works is more important.
