I dont have a guaged FPR on there. My system consists of an off the shelf in line filter from Discount, Walbro 255 and the stock rail with stock FPRs. I have good recircualting pressure as you can hear it buzzing through the rail. Ill try to pull the inline filter just to check if that could be it..
