Question Rear Brake question

If I'm doing a rear brake swap on a 97 civic ex using parts from 99-00 civic si, do I need to replace the trailing arms? Looking at the helms manual, it seems the brake drums can be removed from the rear hubs and the brake discs installed reusing the hub bearings, spindle nuts and washers. Is it easier to install trailing arms with the brake dics already attached to avoid any headaches? If so, where is the best junkyard?
