It's not a problem with it holding, the gasket is fine... A lifter jammed up, or a seat dislogged or guide came out, not sure what yet till the machine shop gets back to me... has nothing to do with gasket holding up... The 2.4l engines need to use a special gasket because they are thin between the cylinders. That's the gasket I'm waiting on...My head is o-ringed, this is an unrelated issue to the head gasket... I just can't reuse the old one, and the gasket needed is a special gasket used with 2.4's under serious boost... It's another reason why Buschur sticks with 2.3l strokers.
