Now I didn't open up the relay to check all the soder points but when I put the circuit tester on the wires connected to the relay, I noticed that the light turned real "dim" on the circuit tester and not once have I seen a dim light. Can that indicate to a bad soder point within the relay?
So in other words, it's a bad relay? Please correct me if I'm wrong but the main relay has a lot to do with the fuel system, ignition, and the ECU. Again correct me if I'm wrong but the main relay makes 3 clicks by the time your engine turns over. Now I haven't checked to see if I can hear or feel the three clicks but if that one wire is "dim" compared to most of the other wires that lit up bright, wouldn't that mean there wouldn't be a third click? So in other words ... bad Main relay?
