i thought i would reiterate the difference here, for those who might have forgotten, or do not know the difference

where as powersliding is merely punching the gas in the exit of a turn, drifting is the maintainence of speed thru a turn, by keeping the momentum going. weight shift is what is required to do this feat. entering a corner, going thru the apex, *and coming out of the turn (*depending on show or race drift) is true drifting, not what u do while pulling out of an intersection.
