I don't know that I would go that far as to say you won't notice the difference in the weight of them.
IF it is the only piece that has been lightened, then you should notice a little bit of a difference.
But, if you have several lightweight upgrades, you should notice a difference of just a couple of pounds here and there.
i forget exactly how it works out, but it is something stupid like 1 pound of rotating mass is like dropping 8 pounds elsewhere in the car.
With a 240, you only need to drop something like 12-13 pounds to have the same effect as increasing 1 horsepower.
