After talking with ATI again, they do not make a balancer specific to '94-'95. However the ATI balancer depth (pulley mounting surface to end of snout at timing chain) is the same as a stock Ford balancer but the stock Ford balancer has the ring set back from pulley mounting surface about 1/4" and the ring is thicker than the ATI ring.

I did look up Innovators West balancer and they make one specific for '94-'95. The ring is thicker but it does not appear that the ring sits back from the pulley mounting surface any at all. This balancer is made of aluminum vs steel, which I don't really know if it's a good thing or not. I will call them later today and talk to them and see if I can get some info.
