How does the length of both the new and the old axle stubs compare?
How does the total length of both the new and old axles compare?
If lengths are the same in both cases, do a test fit of the old axle and see if it goes in ok.
If it doesn't go in,...same as the new axle doesn't go in, pull it out, measure how far the
axle should go in and look for some kind of obstruction.-Bob

i have energy tie rod bushing that can't be more than 2 years old. my lca have zero play side to side. i actually think i found the problem and i think it may be that my axle on the driver side isn't going all the way into the tranny, i've messed with it for 2 days and i just went and got a "BRAND NEW" not re-man. axle and it is doing the same thing where it's just not going in all the way, i used as much elbow grease i had to get it but i am to the point where i want to just get rid of it so unless someone gives me a for sure way to get that bitch in you'll see both my crx and my hatch up with everything i got for trade
