But as long as the customer has enough intellect that where there car is being worked on, there car is in good hands and will have quality work done and the buisness is not trying to screw them over, why not search for a cheaper price? the stereotype that you get what you pay for is correct but there are exceptions. when it is all said and done it is how the customer feels and first impressions at a garage can tell you a lot.
^^i agree with you, i am talking about his comment on shops overcharging, no one is trying to overcharge, he just doesnt know what it takes to do the job. his claim about S&R and such that "wtf is up with shops overcharging, we need to stop this" was complete BS!
