Default lowering suspension help

Hello everyone

I need some help. I have a 1988 Acura integra and I am trying to lower my suspension.
The problem I am running into is that myfront suspension is torsion bars and I have no experience witth them. I heard of reindexing the t-bars but have no clue on how to do this. I tried cranking on the adjustment nut the car lowered a little but not nearly as much as I want I am trying to tuck some 14" tires and need at least a 3" drop.

Q: Anyone know how to reindex torsion bars?

Q: Would stock shocks prevent the car from dropping lower when I crank on the t-bars?

Q: What kind of shocks would be best to prevent bottoming out? when I cranked the t-bars that little drop made the car bottom out on medium to large bumps. so if I dropped it more I am sure I will have an issue with bottoming out?

Any help or ideas would be great.

Thanks
