Went by that neighborhood yesterday, but it was locked up. If it has no curbs and plenty of run-off, it sounds like it has potential, even if it's not a sanctioned event. The trick is finding out who currently owns (or is in charge of) the property now. I might have to contact the fence company that installed the gate/fencing and see who paid for it.
Also tried to recon the motocross/mud hole but made a wrong turn and ended up somewhere completely different, if you know what I mean... I was almost rammed by a bull, then I ended up at some stereotypical, caricature-esque, Florida cracker's trailer where I met a nice old guy who told me his life story in 10 minutes, and showed me around his property, and invited me to come use his pole barn and tire changing and balancing machines any time I wanted, and tried to sell me a '72 Alfa Romeo spider (with SPICA) project for a song. I thought I heard banjos there for a second, but he turned out to be awesome (if a bit racist). In any case, from the view I had of the motocross track from across the pond in his yard, I don't think it'd good for cars to run on... too many jumps, etc.
So the search continues... Mayaka maybe...
