Sounds like a good idea. At one time folks gathered at Walmart near
hwy 92/Thonotosassa Road.....don't know that they still do. I was wondering
if the success/longivity of a meet has to do with food and drinks being nearby.

Example would be the Best Buy meets on Dale Mabry..... Micky D's nearby.
Riverview had Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, etc.
QSL in Pinellas Park has QSL....... LOL
Clearwater/Moes has Moes Southwest Grill.......

A lot of the hot rod meets I go to are also held at restaurants. Hmmmm......

I go to a lot of meets.......
Show up anyway and bring a buddy and a pizza. Everybody will be glad to see you ......LOL!

Each week everybody brings somebody else and the meet gets bigger. Real
car guys don't care what the other guy drives, anyway. They just like hanging
out and looking at cars. Open your hood and it attracts people that you can bs
with and become friends...........then go over and look at his car.....

A closed hood is just a parked car, but opened hoods....that is a car meet!
Some meets, they cut on strobes to attract people driving by.......some
meets they park near the road with flashers on.-Bob

Years ago at another meet. We had six cars. Each time we would sign in
with our name and email address........not mandatory........that meet is a
lot bigger, now, and people get notified of other meets too.

But it takes a clipboard and a dedicated person to actually do some work.
.....something a bit rare these days.....

You might look back at the postings from your previous meet, and invite
those guys out again. What do you think?-Bob
